Coming in British Columbia in 2004 straight from France (Pyla sur mer), Brigitte sells french pastries on the Farmer's Markets of Salt Spring Island every Saturday and Tuesday. Her specialties are from french traditional recipes.
She opened a new bake shop one year ago on Salt Spring Island, Rendezvous, where you can buy patisseries : canneles de Bordeaux, chocolate Incroyable (meringue), Lemon macaron (meringue), fruit tarts (raspberries, apricots, pears), chocolate tarts, lemon tart, french meringues, crepes. And also savouries : quiches (bacon or leeks), tomato tarts. Cold and hot organics drinks, Ometepe Coffee (Organic fair trade coffee from Nicaragua), ice cream (Fruitsicles).
